Methods of registering a limited liability company

Depending on our clients’ preferences, we register limited liability companies in two ways.

1.
Electronically via the S-24 system, in which we use a simple template of the company agreement. This method is the cheapest and fastest solution, but only for people who have a trusted profile or a qualified signature.

2.
Traditionally, at the notary where the company’s founding act is prepared. This option, due to the need to prepare a notarial deed, is slightly more expensive and involves a longer time for registering the company in the National Court Register system. In return, however, you receive the opportunity to prepare a more comprehensive partnership agreement. This method is also an ideal solution for people who do not have a trusted profile and for foreigners who do not have a PESEL number but want to start a business in Poland.
