Our companies are registered in the S24 system, and therefore, after the sale, we can send an application to the court through this system, which allows for changes to the company agreement without the need to prepare a notarial deed (saving PLN 1,200). Therefore, a potential customer will receive information that he can easily change his name or PKD codes. The only condition here is to have an ePUAP account.

To prepare the documents, we need the data of the persons purchasing the company, along with information about the percentage of shares acquired by each person and the data of the members of the new management board (name and surname, PESEL number).
After receiving all the necessary information, we arrange a date with the notary so that the entire transaction can be fully carried out.
In order to purchase a ready-made limited liability company with active VAT, it is good to contact our office at least 1 day in advance, so that we have time to arrange a notary and prepare all the necessary documents. However, this is not required – we are able to arrange the transaction even on the day we receive the order.
For the purchase price of shares in any limited liability company, we not only prepare all necessary documents, but also send an appropriate update application to the National Court Register (KRS). In order to sign the above-mentioned application, it is required to have an e-PUAP trusted profile or an electronic signature by the person who will assume a representative position (management board) in the newly acquired company. In a situation where management board members are unable to sign it, we offer the option of signing the application by proxy. However, this service is subject to an additional fee of PLN 500.
After selling the shares, we are obliged to send a notification to the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR).
